Apply in PE & PP products
Polyolefin master batch, as injection, extrusion, blowing or lamination products request, is made of most suitable resin as carrier, that is PE or PP resin. Its pigment content can reach 75%, and based on end-products’ various properties, the pigment undergoes required processing steps. For example, in 0.020 mm lamination and plastic fiber lower than 1.5 denier, their dispersion and compatibility are incomparably excellent.
Apply in EVA Products
EVA color master batch is the best alternative for EVA foaming products. EVA foam has good elasticity and shock absorption; this makes it excellent materials for shoe soles, tires, and pads. Its property also makes it become favorite material for children safety toys and swimming board. The pigment content of EVA color master batch varies from 10% to 50%. Undergoing specific processing procedure, it is characterized by excellent dispersion, and so intensity the quality of end product.
