Cheng Feng Ent. Co. Ltd. Was established when Taiwan's pigment industry was still situated at an embryonic stage. The first plant primarily producing color concentrate was established in 1971. Later, as customer's requirements as well as market competition force, the second plant, Rainbow Pigment Co., Ltd., was built for manufacturing pigment and other accompanied with advanced technology and equipment expansion.
